But you know you can’t just sit there and do nothing. With hard times ahead your clients will start cutting back on services like yours and some may even go out of business. If you do nothing, your MRR will shrink, even though your employees will want higher pay. I’m calling this the big squeeze. You are getting squeezed from both sides. The best way out is to grow your client base and distribute your risk.
